In the event of an emergency, press the large “Emergency” button
on the console or pendant. Your call is then routed to our emergency
U.L. approved monitoring center over your existing phone line.
Our trained EMT operators then speak to you through the console
and check in on you.

If there is an emergency, we dispatch your local EMS advising them
of your situation and any medical conditions you may have.
We can also contact your loved ones or neighbors.
